When you get a message from a customer that does not use social media and you’re proud of your team! David Barbosa 💩❤️.. Although the home owner mentioned the company that they were unhappy with, I as a company owner did not include .

John this is Christian from the job on 16 Lt Pafford drive Falmouth. I’m not and have never been on social media but wanted to leave a review. I have not stopped talking about what you did for us back home. I’m hoping you can copy what I’ve written below and post it on your website or socials or both. Sorry to bother you as I know you are helping someone else like you helped us:

I was in a tough spot from Easthampton MA, my primary residence. and called and got an appt. From 💩💩for Sunday between 12-2 to clear a sewer line at my home in Falmouth. My son and I drove down to Falmouth for the day to meet them. They cleared the line and inspected the septic pipe with a camera. A 20 foot section was in disrepair and needed attention. 💩💩wanted $11,300 to replace the line. No bathrooms or water until it was replaced. As I was about to sign the contract because we needed to get water going as my grandson was there to live and I was on my way down for the summer, my son made one last call to Graci septic.

In 5 minutes John was there and digging up the openings for the septic tank and making his determinations. Though their schedule was full they said they could be there the next day and it would cost $3500. John’s professionalism and clear knowledge of this line of work impressed us right away. We went with John and his team and they did that work the next day. The communication was excellent as they sent my son text messages of when they were starting and when it was done (it took one day).

We were in a horrible spot and while 💩💩saw it as a great time to take advantage of a 78 year old woman. Graci Septic thought differently. They did the work for exactly the price they said they would, fit us in the next day, communicated with us the whole way and did an exceptional job. They saved us thousands and now we have someone in town that we know we can count on. Forget 5 stars I gave them 6. Wonderful experience. You can only hope to have such an experience with a contractor in such a position.

We’re keeping the shop open a little later this year!
We’re here everyday (besides thanksgiving day- we will be closed) until November 30th!
Keep in mind- while our season starts to slow down we will be running out of regular menu items- and our last day we will only be open until we run out of food! So make sure you come in for your favorites while you can!
