Deposit & Cancellation Policy
Deposit Policy
• A non-refundable 30% deposit is required to secure all appointments.
• This deposit is applied toward the final service total on the day of cleaning.
• Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received.
• Accepted payment methods include:
Cash or check
Zelle, Venmo, or Square

Cancellation Policy

I ask that you please reschedule or cancel before the beginning of your appointment.

Standard Cancellations
• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled appointment will not incur additional fees.
• Deposits remain non-refundable, but may be transferred once to a rescheduled appointment within 30 days.

Late Cancellations (Less Than 24 Hours)
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in:
• Loss of the 30% deposit, and
• A $50 late cancellation fee, charged to the card on file.

Same-Day Cancellations / No-Shows
If access is not provided or the client cancels on the day of service:
• The deposit is forfeited, and 50% of the total service cost will be charged to the card on file before any future appointments can be scheduled.

Before & After.

There’s nothing like a squeaky clean oven! initially had about an inch of burnt on crust across the bottom. Took approximately 3 hours to deep clean this double oven!
