This rodent entry point was hidden behind a gutter fascia with clear evidence most companies would never even see—because a lot of them never take the ladders off the truck for mice.

Busy with bat work 🦇🏡

If you suspect bats in your attic—don’t wait. The bat exclusion “blackout period” starts at the end of May, which can limit what can legally be done once pups are present.

Early inspection = faster, safer removal and fewer headaches down the road.

Antique home + active raccoon den in the chimney 🦝🔥

Found a raccoon den with pups tucked right into the structure—tight access, delicate work, but we safely and humanely got it handled from start to finish.

Old homes always tell a story… sometimes with a surprise in the chimney.

Recent raccoon job completed.

Female raccoon confirmed with pups in the attic. We safely removed the adult, then discovered there was no direct access to the nesting area.

Instead of walking away or calling it “not accessible,” we created controlled access by opening the attic vent, entered the space, and recovered all pups safely.

Everything was handled carefully and completely, from start to finish.
