We have been in the new construction cleaning area servicing some of the top builders in the industry since 1987. One of the facets of our business includes power-washing new construction homes for their customers prior to move in. We are looking for someone to help out with this task.

Work locations include: Quakertown, Phoenixville, Chester Springs, Warrington, Blue Bell and other surrounding areas.

Requirements:
-Must have own transportation

*We Are Hiring!*

We are looking for 1-2 PT Window / Construction / Maintenance Cleaners. Positions will start out as part- time but could progress to full- time in the future.

Work is primarily in the Collegeville/Phoenixville/Newtown Square/Chester Springs/Blue Bell areas which means that once a house is built we are sent in to clean the windows as well as the house for customer settlement. Payment is per window when completing a window cleaning and per house when performing a settlement clean. We are also looking for these individuals to assist with the maintenance cleaning on these sites, such as the sample homes and clubhouses.

Most of the power washing we do is cold water, but recently we have taken on power washing for a local Chick-Fil-A and due to the levels of grease we need to remove a hot water machine is a much better option. North Star makes a real nice add on unit that turns any cold water machine into a hot water machine. Armed with these two units, along with a degreaser we use from Jon-Don, we are able to really cut through the grease as you will see in the two videos above.
