I you are unable to be home, we can communicate through emails, phone calls and texts about your project(s). I will work independently using the information you provide. We can work side by side, this approach usually takes less time. We can work virtual, meaning I simply communicate with you via email, etc. You will answer some questions and send pictures of your space/projects. I will devise a plan and provide a “to do” list. We will continue to communicate until your project is complete. So grab a notebook and pen, place it beside your bed and while you are laying in bed and can't sleep, because up have something that needs to be done, Grab the note book off your bed side table; write it down and consider it done...

I have received a lot of questions regarding consignment fees and pay out. I thought it may be helpful if I provide this information for your review and consideration.

It's not often that someone hires me to consign exclusively, so I've recently put this policy and procedure in place.

Most of my consignment business is decluttering & identification of consignment items, whether they be antique, un-wanted or estate, etc.

I handle storage, photos, posting, listing fees, eBay and PayPal fees. Your return will be 50% of the selling price, minus the fees mentioned above. If you have questions regarding fees, I'll be happy to assist. If you have items that you prefer to price in advance, that is great and encouraged.

I do request that all items being consigned are in season, presentable/laundered. I will do this for you, but your return/ percentage on investment will be lower.

I pay out on the last day of the month, but will be happy to keep you informed of balances prior to the last day of the month.

All items provided to my business (effective May 1, 2017) are the ownership of you, the consignor. If you prefer unsold items be donated - you will indicate as such. If not, you will indicate when you would like for your consignment date to expire and you can retrieve un-sold items within 2 weeks of your designated expiration date.

Once the expiration date has expired, unsold items become the ownership of Mary's Professional Organization Service and will be donated to a local charity.
