There are limited employment opportunities for the differently-abled, and even more so in rural areas. We want to bring the community together with our differently-abled employees to ensure full inclusion. We want to provide an opportunity to find and nurture the abilities in our employees. Everyone has abilities.
Our focus is to support them in finding their abilities and showcasing them with an inclusive approach. We believe that every individual deserves the opportunity to show the world their abilities and have an opportunity to thrive and be a contributing member of the community. That’s why we came up with the idea of Inclusion City Shops. The shops provide a variety of employment and life skills that can be experienced and developed.
