As 2025 comes to a close we want to thank all of our incredible clients, vendors who worked on all of our projects and of course to all of those friends and family who supported our mission at Hoarding Heroes. Our goal is help people take back control of their life by removing both the physical and emotional barriers that have been doing so.

Privacy is something we take seriously but our client generously allowed us to use content within her home so that sharing her story will help to change the lives of others. This project was incredibly special and we have gained a friend for life.

We all know that garages can store some of the most toxic chemicals and I’m here to tell you it can be challenging to find a correctly disposes these items.

Not here at Hoarding Heroes!!! We will remove all hazardous materials and they are all taken to safety sites provided by the city of Los Angeles.

Pro tip #1: If you are working to minimize and clean your home or garage on your own without a professional and come across old paint cans, you can call your local paint store and they will typically take 5 of the 5 gallon cans off your hands and take care of disposing for you at no cost.

Pro tip #2: If you have more than the above allotted amount and cannot hire a professional, google your zip code with the words ‘Free paint disposal’ and you’ll be directed to a page with drop sites in your within your county.
