Pergolas, gazebos, and covered patios take a beating from the weather, and over time they get coated in that green and black gunk that makes the whole backyard look tired. The good news? It cleans up beautifully.

This is exactly the kind of job soft washing is made for. Instead of blasting siding with high pressure (which can actually damage it), I use low pressure combined with safe cleaning solutions that gently break down the algae, mold, and mildew and lift it right off.

Here's the part most people don't realize: soft washing actually kills the growth at the source instead of just spraying it off the surface. When you clean with high pressure alone it might look clean, but there are still microscopic spores left behind, which means it comes back fast. By killing it at the root, the results last a whole lot longer.

And no need to worry about your plants, landscaping, or pets, everything gets applied carefully and rinsed thoroughly so your home stays safe.

A lot of people don't realize this, but those ugly rust stains on your concrete, siding, or driveway can actually come out. Most folks assume they're stuck with them forever or that they'd have to replace the whole surface. Not the case!
