Deep cleaning check list
:
🧽 Deep Cleaning the Kitchen
1. Surfaces & Counters
Clear and wipe down all countertops.
Scrub backsplash and remove grease buildup.
Disinfect all surfaces with eco-friendly cleaner or disinfectant spray.
2. Cabinets & Drawers
Empty cabinets and drawers.
Wipe inside and outside (especially handles).
Remove crumbs, dust, and stains.
3. Appliances
Refrigerator: Remove all food, clean shelves, drawers, and door seals.
Oven: Use degreaser or baking soda paste to clean inside.
Microwave: Clean inside and outside; remove turntable.
Dishwasher: Run cleaning cycle with vinegar or dishwasher cleaner.
Stovetop: Remove burners and scrub drip pans and grates.
4. Sink & Fixtures
Scrub sink with baking soda or a disinfectant cleaner.
Polish faucet and handles.
Run garbage disposal with lemon and baking soda to deodorize.
5. Floors & Baseboards
Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors thoroughly.
Wipe baseboards and corners to remove dirt buildup.
6. Trash & Recycling
Empty all bins and disinfect inside and outside.
🚿 Deep Cleaning the Bathrooms
1. ShScrub tiles and grout with tile cleaner or vinegar solution.
Remove soap scum, mold, and mildew.
Clean showerhead and glass doors (use vinegar for water spots).
2. Toilet
Clean inside bowl with toilet cleaner and brush.
Disinfect seat, lid, base, and handle.
3. Sink & Countertops
Clean and disinfect sink and faucet.
Wipe mirror with glass cleaner.
Disinfect counters and vanity.
4. Cabinets & Drawers
Wipe inside and outside of storage areas.
Remove dust and debris.
5. Floors & Baseboards
Sweep and mop floors (focus on behind the toilet and under the sink).
Wipe baseboards.
6. Finishing Touches
Replace towels and rugs.
Empty trash and disinfect bin.
