Gutters that leak can be a major concern for the outer fascia that they are connected to. A large full restoration of an attic was completed this week! We started with our trapping process and full exclusion of the exterior. After we were sure there were no more signs of wildlife, we performed the attic restoration. This involves removing all of the old insulation, sanitizing the attic and blowing new insulation in to the clients desired depth. Yesterday we started the process of installing a rodent wall around the exterior of a pier and beam home. Rodents were burrowing underneath the foundation and from there they were gaining access to the attic. It’s important to make sure any company you hire for exclusion work is credible. Here you can see a company was hired and used expanding foam to seal this area.

We never use expanding foam to seal up entry points due to the fact that wildlife can easily chew through it plus it deteriorates very quickly when exposed to the elements!
