Everyone thinks move out cleans should cost LESS because the house is empty…

But move out cleans are actually some of the MOST labor intensive cleans we do.

An empty house means:
You see EVERYTHING.

Every baseboard.
Every fingerprint on doors.
Every dusty vent.
Every cabinet crumb.
Every drip behind the toilet.
Every grease spot inside the oven.
Every mark on the walls.
Every track.
Every shelf.
Every corner.

There’s nowhere for dirt to hide when the house is empty.

And unlike maintenance cleans, we’re not just “cleaning around life.”
We’re trying to reset the entire home for the next person walking through the door.

That’s why move out cleans are priced differently.

Some cleaners include:
✔️ Ovens
✔️ Fridges
✔️ Cabinets
✔️ Closets
✔️ Baseboards
✔️ Interior windows

Some charge those separately.

Some charge hourly.
Some charge flat rate.
Some charge by square footage.

Because no two move out cleans are the same.

So I want to know:

Homeowners…
Did you realize how much goes into a move out clean?
