🙏 Crew came out and did a wonderful job. They were very courteous. They were very prompt. They got everything done in basically un day and we think it looks beautiful on top of it. So far, we're very, very happy.

Hi everyone, I’m Manyy from MPE Roof Building. We’re at the second roof we’re inspecting today. As soon as I got up here, I saw a broken shingle tab—so there is wind damage here.

While checking the roof, I found many spots where the shingle seal had come loose. To check this, I lift each shingle very carefully. See how gently I touch it? I want to make sure I don’t damage it during the inspection.

Here’s a seal that’s come loose. This one is loose too, and so is this one. I found several like this all over the roof. When a shingle loses its seal, it becomes more vulnerable to potential wind damage.
