Sometimes, getting organized isn’t really about the clutter.
For someone living with ADHD, or anyone who’s feeling overwhelmed, getting started can be the hardest part. And even when we do get organized, finding systems that actually work for us can be another challenge altogether.
At Sadie Lane, I’ve always believed that understanding the person is just as important as understanding the space.
My continued education in trauma-informed and resilience-informed practices has only strengthened that belief.
I recently wrote a blog post about ADHD-friendly organizing, why traditional organizing methods don’t always work, and how a more compassionate, collaborative approach can make a difference.
I’d love for you to take a few minutes to read it! And if it resonates with you, please share it with someone who might benefit.
