There's nothing like a warm late-summer evening, the crack of the bat, and 4,000 fans on their feet to remind you what community really feels like.
That's exactly what happened when Jani-King New Jersey Regional Director Larry Seccafico stepped onto the mound to throw out the ceremonial first pitch at a recent minor league game, and the moment was pure magic. As the announcer called out "Jani-King" over the loudspeaker, the whole section erupted in cheers. Larry's pitch? A strike right down the middle.
But the real win of the night wasn't the pitch, it was the people. Franchise Owners came out with their families to celebrate together: Mike and Mark Nocero, Robert Romero and Carla, Ty Larkins and Laura Sosa, and more. Representing the Jani-King team were Jen Wolfe (Regional Office Manager), Jag Kodare (Sales Prospector), and Lawrence Ignaczak (Inside Sales Associate) cheering right alongside them. Add in hot dogs, cold drinks, souvenirs, and mascot Sparky working the crowd for photos, and you've got a night nobody will forget anytime soon.
Because at the end of the day, Jani-King isn't just a network of businesses, it's a family. Stepping outside the office to share a meal and cheer together builds the kind of bond that no meeting ever could.
Larry's first pitch lasted a few seconds. The goodwill it built? That's here to stay.
Here's to more nights under the lights with the New Jersey team. Play ball!
