This week truly put my skills as a pressure washing technician to the test. Despite my confidence in performing the work, I encountered a humbling challenge when one of my machines unexpectedly broke down mid-job. To add to the pressure, I received an urgent call for an emergency cleanup on two roofs and exteriors splattered with concrete from an accident. Despite my best efforts, I couldn't revive the machine. Nevertheless, I remained determined not to let this setback hinder my commitment to my customers. With quick thinking and resourcefulness, I rearranged my schedule to ensure I fulfilled every obligation, including the emergency job. This experience reminded me of the value in our services and the importance of humility in facing unexpected obstacles. While doing the work comes easy for me, I struggle with other aspects of the business, heavily relying on the recommendations from satisfied customers.
