Andy has been a valued member of our team at Sunset for the last couple of years. Show choir has been a huge part of his high school career. We are excited to see where life takes him as he graduates from Piqua High School and heads off to college.

Today is a very bittersweet day for us. Georgia Monnier is retiring from Sunset Cleaners after 54 years of dedication. We would not be where we are today without her.

I’m told that she was the very first employee my grandfather hired after my grandparents purchased the business in 1971. While I wish she could be with me until I retire, it wouldn’t be fair to her. I’m wishing her very many happy years of health and happiness as well as being able to enjoy summer without sweltering over a hot press. Love you, Georgia!!!!

Here at The Wash Haus we have been busy studying the carwash industry to help bring the best wash experience to our local community. We are very excited to announce that we are replacing our current Automatic Wash System with the latest, most up-to-date Touch-less model from WashWorld. This new machine will bring a lot more exciting technology that can quickly execute the best, most optimal wash experience for each vehicle.
We are also excited to announce we are replacing our undercarriage wash systems with a new spinning nozzle design, featuring two 4 foot illuminated towers soaking the sides of the vehicle upon entry of the wash, as well as updated “V” nozzles for wide coverage under the vehicle.
We are also taking this time to upgrade our infrastructure in the utility room to bring new wash soaps, low latency injectors, and a fully revamped spot free rinse system, as well as new lighting for better visibility.
We are planning to have this new machine installed April 12th and fully functional by the start of May.
As always we take pride in cleaning your vehicles, and we are looking forward to elevating that reputation.

I am planning to reopen the store tomorrow morning (Tuesday) at 7am.

Residential pick up and delivery service is canceled this week because of the obstacles created by the ice and snow in driveways and walkways, etc. If I normally deliver to your place of work, I am still planning on being there on Thursday as usual.

Due to the escalating winter storm and the significant snowfall forecasted for our area, we have made the difficult decision to close for Sunday, January 25th & Monday, January 26th.❄️

The safety of our customers and employees is our top priority, and we believe this is the responsible course of action.

The Miami County Fair is the second week in August. However, NOW is the time to get those show clothes looking crisp! These customers are ahead of the game getting their starched jeans and show shirts ready. Don't wait till the last minute!
