What Can I Expect from Maid Fresh?
From our very first conversation, I want you to know exactly who I am and how I care for the homes entrusted to me.
I believe in open communication, transparency, authenticity, genuine care, and accountability. That means setting clear expectations, following through on what I promise, and taking responsibility when something does not go as planned.
Every person who reaches out to me deserves honestyâeven if we are not the right fit.
If your home is outside my service area, if the travel between appointments would prevent me from serving both homes well, or if your needs fall outside the scope of what I offer, I will tell you. I would rather be honest from the beginning than overpromise and disappoint you later.
That same honesty extends to my pricing.
I do not quote homes based solely on square footage or the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. Two homes that look identical on paper can require completely different levels of care because every family lives differently.
That is why every new client begins with a complimentary walkthrough.
The walkthrough is the foundation of everything I do. It allows me to meet you, understand your priorities, observe how your home functions, and design a care plan around your lifeânot someone elseâs.
âMaybe you work from home, so I build my workflow around your meetings.
âMaybe your baby naps halfway through my visit, so I complete the nursery and that side of the home first.
âMaybe you want the inside of your refrigerator refreshed during every visit.
âMaybe pristine floors are your priority, so I intentionally build in time for proper drying and a final quality inspection.
Those details matter because your home is not simply another house on my schedule.
It is your home.
After our walkthrough, I create a personalized Home Preservation Proposal outlining what you can expect from me, how your visits will be structured, the investment, and any preparation that will help us make the most of our time together. It also clearly communicates what I need from you so that we can build a respectful, successful working relationship.
Accountability continues after service begins. I welcome honest communication and want my clients to feel comfortable bringing questions or concerns directly to me. If I overlook something, misunderstand a priority, damage an item, or realize that part of the plan needs to be adjusted, I will communicate openly, take responsibility, and work toward an appropriate solution. Trust is not built by pretending mistakes never happen. It is built by how they are handled.
I am not building the largest cleaning company.
I am intentionally building a small Home Preservation practice where I personally care for a limited number of homes. I choose to serve only two homes per day so that I do not have to rush through yours to reach the next one.
My work is not transactional.
It is built on relationships, stewardship, consistency, accountability, and the quiet confidence that your home is being cared for by someone who notices the details, communicates honestly, follows through, and genuinely wants to make your life a little easier every time I walk through your door.
