Starting today June the 23rd there will be a 24 hour $30 cancellation fee .if u was to not cancel before 24 hours u will pay this fee before I come and do u next clean .. if not u will be took completely off my schedule and to never be booked again .. I know things come up but communication will get us far and if it’s an actual emergency and u let me know we can talk and u won’t have to pay this fee !!!
I hate to have to make this post .. but things keep continuing to go this way so for all my clients and future clients heres what I’m gonna have to do .. I know things come up we are human emergencies happen ppl get sick etc . But I’m gonna have to start a cancellation fee .. before you come at me and say it’s unfair .. well it’s unfair to me also I have bills to pay like everyone else this job is how I pay my bills I’m not doing it for fun .. when I schedule you I’m counting on that money to feed my kids or to pay my bills and when u cancel last minute I’m out that money and I have to try and put someone in ur place last minute and it’s hard to get someone on schedule last minute.. I know some of u and u won’t cancel unless it’s an actual emergency but some I don’t think that u understand or don’t care .. so with this fee in place it gives me reassurance that have work and u that im serious..so from here on out there will be a 24 hour cancellation fee if u don’t let me know u are cancelling in 24 hours then next time I come and clean u will owe me this fee .. im trying my best to give u all the best service I can offer and with communication this may stop all the nonsense.. and Iike i said I know things happen last minute and some times we can’t help it but if I put u on schedule more then 3 times and u cancel all times u didnt want my service in the first place .. and don’t be scared to message me and be like the kids are sick and I need to cancel thats perfectly fine and u wont be charged the fee .. this is for the ones that cancel everytime I put them on schedule or every other time I put them on schedule .. if u communicate with me this is not for u .. i love each and everyone of u all and love working for u so don’t take this personal i have a business to run and cant keep getting done this way .. thank yall for all ur support hope everyone has a good day 😘
