We don’t usually make posts like this, but today we feel like we need to.
Recently, we’ve had not one, but TWO separate customers receive over $500 worth of services from us. One was a Ceramic Coating. The other was a Ceramic Window Tint job.
In both cases, the work was completed, the customers signed their invoices, told us they loved the work, and even had text message conversations with us showing they were happy with the results.
Then, weeks later, both customers filed fraud claims with their banks claiming the charges were unauthorized.
Despite having signed receipts, completed paperwork, and text messages proving the customers approved and were satisfied with the work, the payments were reversed and the services were essentially given away for free.
We’re not a giant corporation. We’re a small, local business with employees, rent, utilities, materials, and families that depend on us showing up and doing honest work every day.
We take pride in treating people fairly, standing behind our work, and making things right when there is ever a problem. If a customer is unhappy, we want the opportunity to fix it. That’s how business should work.
Because of these recent situations, effective immediately:
✅ All Ceramic Window Tint and Ceramic Coating appointments will require a deposit.
✅ Upon completion, customers will be required to sign a satisfaction form stating they have inspected the work and are satisfied with the results. If there is anything that isn’t right, we will gladly fix it on the spot before the vehicle leaves.
✅ We are now offering $10 OFF ANY SERVICE TOTAL when paying with cash.
To the thousands of honest customers who have supported us over the years, thank you. You are the reason we’re here. We simply ask that people treat small businesses with the same honesty and respect that we try to show every customer who walks through our doors.
