It's "Tis the Season" and we are not talking about Christmas. We are talking about mouse season in winter.

1. During the spring, summer and fall mice litters are larger and the population swells. By winter populations have peaked and there are an abundance of mice.

2. Wild mice, who look like white footed mice, will start to invade attics. Attics that are warmer than outside provide protection from predators and are a great place for mice to store food.

That mean that the scratching and gnawing sounds in your attic and in your walls are most likely mice. IS YOUR CURRENT EXTERMINATOR UNABLE TO GET RID OF YOUR MICE? Marc, the owner, studied animal behavior (ethology) at the University of Maryland and his senior project was to construct an ethogram which is an inventory of mouse behaviors. At that time observing mice has given Marc great insight into their behavior. As a result, Marc is better at being able to predict what a mouse will - that makes Marc very successful in trapping them.

In addition, we are the masters of exclusion - sealing up a house to keep pests out. In fact we do so much exclusion we hold a home improvement license. Most of our work comes from frustrated consumers who could not get results from their existing exterminator. We are certain we can rid your house of mice.
If we can't at least dramatically reduce your mouse population within 45 days we will give you your money back. Give us a call - 443-562-9509.

This offer is only good for a free standing house and must include exclusion service.

Got Mice Issues? Not a Cat Person?

We seem to be one of the few companies out there than can actually deliver results and get rid of mice.

The key to solving mice problems is exclusion. Without finding mice point of entry and blocking it, the mice will come back.

Owner is involved in every job.

We provide pest and wildlife control services in Baltimore, Maryland.

We are exclusion experts and we have seen it all! Snakes, squirrels, mice, raccoons and bats – they all seek refuge in your home, especially during cold winter months. Squirrels, mice, raccoons and bats invade attics – bring noise and toxic f***s that contaminate insulation. Snakes get into garages and basements and hibernate above drop ceilings. Mice finds ways to get into kitchens and multiple faster than you can imagine.

We can solve all these issues! Call us today - 443-562-9509.

Chimneys - even with a chimney cap in place it’s still possible for bats to enter. We screen chimney flue to prevent bat entry.

Garages - access points for mice and snakes. We seal inside perimeter to keep them out.

Attics - a virtual hotel for raccoons, grey squirrels, flying squirrels, white footed mice, bats and birds. We exclude all entry points along roof line, clean the mess and replace soiled insulation with fresh new insulation.

Crawlspaces - entry points abound for mice, rats and snakes. We screen crawl space vents to prevent mice and snakes from entering.

Basements - area above foundation wall in basements is excellent entry point for mice, black snakes and ring neck snakes. We foam seal above foundation wall to keep pests out and keep conditioned air in.

AC units - they are utility pe*******on super expressway for mice and snakes. We foam seal to prevent pest entry.

Roofing & Fascias - rotting fascia boards provide access for squirrels. We replace the boards and wrap them in metal to prevent animals from gnawing on them.

Kitchens - a 24-hour diner for mice! We seal utility pe*******ons to prevent mice coming from the basements.

Facing a bed bug infestation but don’t have the money for an expensive bed bug heat treatment?

Now there may be hope. Researchers at the University of Pennsylvania recently developed a break-through treatment for bed bugs - a microbiologist and an entomologist cultivated spores of a fungal disease that is deadly to bed bugs. This is not just another insecticide, this is a living organism that attacks and kills bed bugs. Further research done at North Carolina State University recorded bed bug mortality at just about 100 percent at about 2 weeks. And we can offer this spore treatment at roughly half the price of a conventional heat treatment.
Sounds too good to be true? There is one catch - it will take one to 2 weeks for this stuff to work. So now you have a choice - a complete and immediate knock down of bed bugs using heat or a slower-working treatment that takes longer but cost less.
We are not someone offering you a treatment based on what we can or cannot provide.

We can do both so we can be more objective and honest then other people in this industry.

Life is better when you have choices. Pest control is better when you have choices. Pest control is best when you choose us! Call us today.

Raccoons

It’s that time of year again - mama raccoons scoping out attics for possible den site - and very shortly your evenings will be filled with shrill cries and calls of baby raccoons to their mother. Not to mention the fact that the raccoon family will leave about 1 lb of parasite worm infested f***s every night.

If you are a great nature lover and love to be surrounded by stuff like that, that’s just fine. But if you’d rather not have a defecating family of raccoons sharing home with you, please give us a call. We are experts of all aspects of raccoon work – from trapping to exclusion, including removal of soiled insulation.

It is that time of year again - termite season.

With rising heat and humidity termites are now moving closer to surface and they are preparing to swarm. Once a year, under perfect climate conditions, a mature colony will produce winged reproductives whose job is to mate and then fly off and create a new colony somewhere else. Whether you get a termite treatment or not, the swarmers will disappear, but that dose not mean they are gone. The swarmers make up only a small part of the termite colony and the swarming event is short. Most of the termite colony is made up of workers. Those are the guys that do the damage. They are busy all year round and they can number in the tens of thousands.

Because termites easily dehydrate under most environmental conditions and because they are a subterranean organism, you seldom see them. A termite colony can be busy in your home for years before you see the tell-tale signs, like mud tubes, damaged wood or swarmers. If you think you have termites call us and we will give you an honest evaluation.

We are a small local owner operator business and the owner is involved with every job.

Pest Threat - Carpenter Bees

They are big, bold, in your face bees that are scary. Carpenter bees are not terribly aggressive, but they bore through wood, lay eggs and close it in a special cell complete with its own food supply - a combination of pollen and regurgitated nectar. One of these tunnels or galleries can contain up to 6 sealed cells and can be 6 inches long. Galleries used by multiple bees can extend up to 10 feet. Even if the larva inside the galleries is killed, the adults can come back later, even over winter, in these tunnels and it will be back to business the following spring.

What we recommend doing is not only killing the developing larva, but if possible wrapping the wood in aluminum flashing so that the carpenter bees can never use that wood again. It may cost a little more but it is a permanent solution that helps protect your biggest investment - your home.
