Innovative Pest Management is a family-owned pest control company serving Piedmont and surrounding communities. We are hiring a Scheduling Assistant to help with route scheduling and daily office operations.
This role is a great fit for someone who is organized, dependable, and able to manage their work without constant supervision in a structured office environment.

✔ Comfortable working independently
✔ Calm, professional phone skills
✔ Able to follow established systems and procedures
✔ Detail-oriented and thorough
✔ Dependable with a strong attendance record
✔ Comfortable handling customer questions and basic troubleshooting
• No pest control experience required — we will train the right person.
• Requirements
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
• Office and phone skills
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
• Customer service experience preferred
• Scheduling, routing, or dispatch experience is a plus
Position Details:
🕗 Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
💲 Hourly pay (based on experience)
