So proud to say… we have grown to a full week! All our routes are full! I have my first full-time employee. David Young has really shown his tenacity and follow through. He started almost a year ago… end of September. Only helping me out one day a week. He has been a valued asset to our growth & ability to care for our customers. Over the year, David has helped tremendously by being consistent, dedicated and there to help everywhere he can. He has grown his role from the one day a week, to a full time position working 5 days. He has only missed one day (over a year) 😳, and he would have came if he could. He shows up. He cares. He puts up with my level of professionalism and assertiveness, with grace. I feel extremely lucky to have him by my side!!! Thank you David for everything you do and have contributed to JerBear Pool Care - I love you to the moon and back 🤗🫶🏼
