That's the review that stopped us in our tracks this week.

A Phoenix homeowner had three different companies look at a possible roof rat issue. One quoted $1,500 for treatment. Another said there was no problem at all. Our technician Steve did neither. He set a trap first, because guessing isn't good enough when it's your home on the line.
