VCT can really take some abuse, which may be why it is such a common floor type. Just because it can withstand more than most floors, does not mean that maintenance should be scrapped altogether.

Permanent damage can occur to VCT if it is not serviced frequently enough. Damage appears as chips or cracks in the tile squares, staining or discoloration as well as scuffs or scratches.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Pride in proper hygiene and uniform compliance.
Punctual and prepared for shift and the scope of work on the schedule to include shift start, transportation to job site and timely service ex*****on.
Proper handling and care for equipment and chemistry to include work vehicles.
Loading and unloading of chemistry and equipment to and from the job site.
Transport crew and equipment to and from the job site.
Client compliance regarding facility entry and access, security and crew member screening, as well as lock-up and exit procedures.
Gather site details relevant to Quality Assurance such as floor measurements, upholstery counts or photos to show before and after results of the work completed.
Capture digital content from the field to be used for marketing and promotional purposes.
Clean and put away equipment and materials used at the end of the shift.
Maintain warehouse cleanliness and order of chemistry and supplies.
