Doing demo on a water damage that sat for two weeks.People don’t understand how quick Drywall wakes up water and how high, and then you have mold behind there even though it doesn’t look damaged this is what we found and we pull the door casing. Mold and water damage or like an iceberg you see a little bit but if you can see a little bit the backside is even worse.
