Here’s a good example of why we clean the carpet before we prespray. We don’t want to make mud and give that soil a chance to run deeper into the carpet before final extraction. We vacuum multiple times, then do surface extraction, the spray, scrub, then do a final extraction with a neutralizing agent. This produces the best results possible with what we know right now. We’ve been working on and improving our process for decades, but discovered this version near the end of 2019, made a few adjustments since.

One of the reasons we excel in this industry. We use these vacuums because, with the clear cup, we can monitor how much soil we are getting from each room. We can usually see a difference from just vacuuming. If you call a carpet cleaner and they ask you to vacuum, dump them and call someone who understands their job better than that. Vacuuming is a crucial step in professional carpet cleaning.

Never skip leg day and never skip prevacuuming before cleaning. Many “professional” carpet cleaners skip this important step, but not the good ones. 76% of all soil in carpets is dry and much of it can be removed with a vacuum. We always pre clean the carpet after we thoroughly vacuum to remove surface soil, so we don’t inadvertently push it deeper into your carpet when we prespray. Then we scrub and clean again. Best process that we know of at the moment. Call us to have the best job you’ve ever had done on your carpet. If you’re not in our service area, metro Phoenix, have your cleaner look us up and tell them you want it done like this!
