who are we?

We are a small cleaning business starting from the ground up that aims to help those who need it most. We do offer construction cleanups! We were started in the hopes to be affordable and cater to a wide variety of customers all the way from the new moms to the chronically ill. we are flexible and can cater to specific needs within reason. We do offer different scents and do our best to make sure products that may cause allergic reactions are not used during your cleaning. Please be sure to message us if you have any questions or concerns, we will be happy to guide you through the entire process from start to finish, what you can expect from us, and any special requirements you may need from us! We strive to ensure our customers are put first and your needs are met! WE ARE STATE WIDE! Yes, we can travel outside of phoenix if you need us to! We DO NOT offer hoarding cleanups or HUAL AWAY TRASH!

How our pricing works:

* Pet cleaning $10.00 PER VISIT (cat boxes, dog Fecies, NO exoctic or cage cleanings)

* $10.00 non-refundable deposit to ensure your time and date is held (also to pay for our employees time if appointment is canceled without 24 hour notice, exceptions can and will be made/discussed if necessary refunds may be given)

* $35.00 same day cancellation

*$25.00 cancellation fee 48-24 hours before scheduled date and time of cleanings

* $200 for a deep clean biweekly/weekly is 180.

* $150 for a basic every two week cleans/ weekly is 120.

* we no longer do once a months consistently because theyre problemmatic. ive run into issues with no inbetween cleans and i end up being there for close to 7-8 hours since its just me for now. if its something you want it will be around $300 for a once a month.

* $100.00 flat rate fee for anything 2 hours or under (this will not be applied to your total if we go over the three hour mark, it will then be ONLY hourly. WE PROMISE THE PRICE IS WORTH IT! You get What you pay for)

* $300.00-700.00 for Construction clean ups based on size and City/Town we will be cleaning in (priced high to include gas and supply coverage as we do travel outside of the phoenix metro area.)

windows are not included. $20 per window
($10 per side as they are the most time consuming thing to do).

(ALL OF THESE CAN BE NEGOTIATED! WE DO A FREE WALK-THRU ESTIMATE OF THE HOME BEFORE FINALIZING ANYTHING!)

This solely to sit down to get to know our customers, get an idea of what services you would like, and make sure we are using APPROPRIATE products on surfaces/floors. We can also do this via zoom/facetime/google duo if prefered due to covid. please message us to specificy how you would like this estimate done.

* We do wear new kn95 masks for the entirety of our cleanings appointments, we replace these masks before each visit!
* we ask that only 1-2 poeple be in the home during those cleanings
* we remove our shoes before entering.

we have our first depression clean this morning! we will be doing before and afters! PLEASE never feel embarrassed to ask for help if this is happening to you. we care, many of us have delt with this situation ourselves, and we encourage you to reach out for help with depression messes! they can be overwhelming, over bearing, anxiety inducing, and for my ADHD folks out there is can cause you to become “stuck”. meaning you cannot get anything done. Brains thrive better in clean environments, so if you need some help getting there, we are here to help. these kinds of situations are partly one of the specific reasons this company was created. The owner herself has dealt with this for years. Hits extremely close to home for most of us. we understand.

right now, we arent doing any hourly or flat rate fees! since our main customer base is people
on fixed incomes, we understand that prices have significantly gone up with gasoline, food, and all necessities, and your income has not. so currently we’re accepting what ever you can pay without putting you in a financial bind. we feel everyone deserves to have a clean home, regardless of income. we arent doing this for the money (all though it is nice), but more so for the poeple who cannot do these things on their own!

were still offering grocery pickup as well as any other requests that normal house keepers do not offer.

with that being said, please try and be fair as possible for any deep or move in/move out cleans! they take significantly more time and effort when done right!

we are not professional carpet cleaners but we do have steam cleaners on hand and any cleaning solution at your request!

we also now have more eco, pet, and migraine haver friendly cleaning supplies now (meyers) so please let us know in advance what scent you would like as well as what type of counter topd/flooring you have so we can ensure we use the proper cleaning supplies!
