Rate Sheet - The Short Term Rental Co-Op

Our unique structure allows us to pass the savings along to our customers. We provide transparent rates for all of our services and offer "off-hours" discounts as available. Please send us a message for an exact quote.

Airbnb/VRBO Message Response Services:
Messaging - Full Time - $200 per month first listing, $100 additional listings with the same owner

Messaging - Owner Back Up Only - (response time is 60-90 minutes depending on what time of day) - $100 per month

* no additional property management services are provided, these prices are strictly guest communication via messages only.

Cleaning Services:
Cleaning - Prime Time - 10 am - 3 pm
Typical Rates:
Studio/1 bath $95
1 bdrm/1 bath $110
2 bdrm/1 bath $135
3 bdrm/2 bath $160
4 bdrm/2 bath $180
5 bdrm/3 bath $210
6 bdrm/3 bath $250

Prices include automated scheduling for your cleaner, laundry, and typical Airbnb turnover tasks for the inside of the home plus straightening up outdoor areas. Additional charges for grill cleaning, bringing trash bins in, and deep cleaning tasks. Cleaners will verify final quote based on the individual property.

Cleaning - off hours discount - 10% off of above rates
3 pm - 7 pm only
The after hours discount is NOT for same day check ins. Instead these provide a discounted rate for owners with a significant gap between bookings during the slower season. Cleanings will be completed after that day's prime time cleanings.

Bins go out same day - $65/month
Bins go out on different days - $85/month

Handyman Services:
Handyman - Prime Time - $65/hr
10 am - 3 pm

Handyman - Non-Prime Hours - $55/hr
3 pm - 7pm

Handyman - Emergency/After Hours - $85/hr
7 pm - 10 am

Larger projects can be quoted out for a flat rate, just ask!
