🏁 NOW HIRING: Director of Training 🏁
Raceway Car Wash is building its training function from the ground up — and we're looking for a senior leader to own it. This is a high-impact role shaping how our teams learn, grow, and advance as we scale from 46 to 200+ locations.

📋 About the Role

Reporting to our COO, the Director of Training owns Raceway's career pathing strategy, LMS, content standards, and training reporting. You'll partner with Operations, HR, Technology, and Support leaders to design career ladders across all four operational tracks — Store Operations, Maintenance & Reliability, Chemical, and Facilities & Support Operations.

🔧 What You'll Do

-Build the training function from the ground up — strategy, team, and roadmap
-Design career ladders, competency gates, and promotion criteria for all four tracks
-Inherit and reorganize our LMS (Trainual) and establish group structure
-Set content standards and own the full content lifecycle
-Deliver weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual training reporting

🏁 What We're Looking For

-5+ years leading training, L&D, or instructional design — ideally multi-location operations
-Proven experience building career pathing or competency frameworks, not just content
-Hands-on LMS experience (Trainual a plus)
-Strong collaboration with technical field leaders
-Clear writing that meets a 7th–8th grade reading standard
-Preferred: skilled trades/chemical/facilities training; scaling 10 to 100+ locations; OSHA, LOTO & HAZCOM familiarity
