About the Position
-Professionally clean and maintain properties using cleaning procedures and products in conformance with prescribed company standards
-Sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and washing all surfaces
-Move all reasonably portable furniture to clean under and behind
-Assist with laundry as needed
-Create a welcoming environment for our guests and owners by ensuring homes are clean and cared for
-Collect and remove trash and debris
-Replenish consumable items such as soaps and paper products
- Other responsibilities as assigned - every job is different
Compensation
- Starts at $15/hr with potential to grow based on previous experience, on the job performance and quality and speed of work.

Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to drive to job sites
- Own a smartphone that allows you access to our cleaning services app
- Attention to detail
- Minimum 1 year of cleaning experience preferred, but not required
- Positive attitude, team player, motivated, hard working individual
- Must be in overall good health, and able to keep up with the demands of a physical job such as house cleaning.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Lifting at least 25 pounds on a regular and daily basis
Performing repetitive cleaning tasks everyday
- On-time, organized, and able to be punctual or early to all scheduled work shifts
- Attend all mandatory individual and team meetings
- Be able to pass a background check, and drug screening
- Must be available to work within the hours of 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM on weekdays and weekends
