Celebrating the 2nd anniversary of Summit ULC. They say “time flys” when you’re having fun and they are right. I am so fortunate to be able to work with people I admire and look up to each and every day. Thank you to all the amazing customers that keep me busy. I look forward to many more anniversary’s in the future. Also, a very special thank you to my beautiful wife Dorina for supporting and pushing me each and every day.

Here is a great example of 3 “Keyhole” potholes where 1 was done per MAG standards and 2 were not. I’m not sure why the city accepted the 2 that were not done correctly.

The one completed correctly was done last week by Summit ULC. I’m proud to provide great service to our customers and show that we follow all city and MAG standards.

I wouldn't even want to guess how much this will cost to fix.

This is what 50' of 3" cast iron pipe installed during construction back in 1965 now looks like this.

Cost of sewer scope inspection = $250.00

Cost to replace 50' of 3" sewer lateral = $4,500.00+

If you're buying a new house, wouldn't you want to know?

Thankful that we discovered this during the inspection so that the potential buyer can have the seller cover the cost to replace.
