CLEANING PROFESSIONAL: DAY SHIFT
Adalia Clean is a residential and commercial natural cleaning company located in the East Falls section of Philadelphia, PA. We currently have two positions available for entry level or experienced Cleaning Professionals. If you are looking for an active, day-time job that allows you to spend time with your family and earn a living than this is a job for you! We are looking for individuals that enjoy working within a team, have a good work ethic, a passion for homemaking and the skills required to clean homes and commercial properties. We will give you the training and support you need to excel in this position.
Work-Life Balance
Our full-time employment is Monday through Friday, Enjoy having your nights, weekends and major holidays off! You will also receive paid time off for that vacation you’ve been thinking about taking or for when you just need a break.
Typical Shift
7:15 am - 4:30 pm

Cleaner Job Responsibilities
Responsible for all basic cleaning in and around residences & office buildings.
Cleans floors and rooms. Including dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, picking up larger objects off the floor, and spot cleaning glass and windows.
Cleans restrooms, including restocking dispensers, emptying trash, cleaning and sanitizing fixtures, cleaning mirrors, spot cleaning partition doors and walls, sweeping and mopping tile floors, and cleaning toilets and urinals.
Vacuums, empties trash, and replaces liners.
Sets up, stocks, and maintains cleaning equipment and supplies.
Monitors and maintains sanitation and organization of assigned areas.
Transports dirty linens to the correct area to be cleaned and restocks areas with clean linens.
Assists other departments when needed to ensure optimum service to guests.
Performs additional duties as needed.

Our company pays on a bi-weekly basis and compensates for each day that you work. For an 8 hour day you will receive $120, which works out to $15/hour & $22,880 per year. With the addition of tips and bonuses you have the potential to earn $35,000 or more in this position.
Our employees are required to have their own vehicles. However, we will reimburse you for gas spent driving to and from clients homes.
Typical Work Day
You will start and end each day at our central office located in East Falls. Each morning there will be a morning meeting and you will work in a cleaning team which consists of you and another cleaning professional. A supervisor will be assigned to your team that will check each job post-cleaning for quality and provide direction and support during your cleaning shift.
