Job Description: Manager - Multi-Store Laundromat Operation
Position: Manager

Company Overview: Xtreme Laundry is a leading laundromat operation offering a range of services including self-serve laundry, and pickup, delivery, and drop-off wash, dry, and fold services. Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager to oversee multiple laundromat locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the efficient operation of our self-serve facilities, as well as the coordination and management of our pickup, delivery, and drop-off services. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a proactive approach to managing day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operational Management:
o Oversee the daily operations of multiple laundromat locations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
o Manage the scheduling, staffing, and training of employees to maintain high standards of service and productivity.
o Monitor and maintain equipment, ensuring all machines are operational and in good repair; coordinate maintenance and repairs as needed.
o Implement and uphold health and safety standards across all locations.
2. Customer Service:
o Ensure a positive customer experience by maintaining clean, welcoming, and well-organized facilities.
o Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
o Develop and implement customer service initiatives to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
3. Service Coordination:
o Oversee the pickup, delivery, and drop-off wash, dry, and fold services, ensuring timely and accurate completion of orders.
o Coordinate logistics and schedules for the pickup and delivery services, optimizing routes and delivery times.
o Maintain clear communication with customers regarding service options, pricing, and scheduling.
4. Financial Management:
o Manage budgets and financial performance for each location, including tracking expenses, revenues, and profitability.
o Analyze financial data to identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
o Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accurate financial reporting.
5. Team Leadership:
o Lead and motivate a team of staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
o Conduct regular staff meetings, performance reviews, and provide ongoing training and development.
o Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.
6. Marketing and Promotion:
o Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.
o Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in the service or retail industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and financial management.
• Knowledge of laundry operations and equipment maintenance is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
