This is how I came up with The Domestic Goddess name! Who feels like this on a daily basis? Cleaning is not easy, unless you make it a point, to dust on a certain day, bathroom( 2days a week), living room kitchen table area, everyday, kitchen every time you use it!
If you keep up, with your duties, before you go to sleep, it’ll be easier to clean up instead of leaving it , for once or twice a month.
Get wipes and just wipe spilled areas. The next day it’s clean and there’s no last minute cleaning. Take the hair off the toilet, sink, and tub and spray your fave cleanser…..Make your bed everyday so it’s inviting when you’re ready to rest.
If you’re tired from work and have to wash dishes, make someone in the home do it. If you’re by yourself, you have no excuses to have dishes in the sink. One dish, one cup, one fork, spoon and knife….. Just wash it.

Nothing like having clean sheets in your bed. Making your bed in the morning, don’t think about it! Just do it. It’s so much more, inviting even, when you come home and are tired and your room looks tidy, with a clean, crisp, made bed. From the DomesticGoddess, to you.

You’d be surprised, at how many people, don’t know how to vacuum. I’ve been to many homes, where , some folks, don’t even look at their vacuums. I basically, make sure that every slat on a floor, or tile, and area of the rugs, are thoroughly vacuumed. You should move trash cans, plants, if you can move your chairs and tables, move them for a more thorough, cleaning.

I get, every slat! It’s good to use a floor tool, but The Shark, doesn’t scratch the floors, as long as I’ve used the brand.
