Have you ever wondered why we don’t put the bathmats or small throw rugs back down after we mop?

It’s not because we forgot, and it’s definitely not because we’re being lazy!

There are actually a couple of important reasons:

⭐️ Protecting your floors: When floors are still wet, the rubber backing on some rugs and bathmats can stick to the floor. This can cause the backing to peel off the rug and potentially damage or ruin your flooring.

⭐️ We still clean the rugs! We vacuum the top of the rug, flip it over, and vacuum the backing as well. We may roll the rugs up and place them somewhere dry or hang them up while we clean and mop the floors.

🦠 Sanitation matters: We clean and sanitize your floors, so putting a potentially un-sanitized bathmat right back onto a freshly cleaned and sanitized floor doesn’t make much sense.

We’d rather leave everything clean, dry, and protected than risk damaging your floors or undoing the sanitation we just worked hard to achieve. ❤️

So if you see your bathmats rolled up or hanging after your cleaning, now you know why! 🌱🤍
