**SPECIAL NOTICE ** The Town of Phelps continues to recommend that residents avoid exposure to water from Flint Creek, after possible contamination following the recent fire in Gorham. The press release can be found below. We would recommend the same precautions for portions of the Canandaigua Outlet downstream from the Village of Phelps where Flint Creeks merges into it.
