⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ SHINE THE LIGHT: SAM LIGHTFOOT! ✨
Our Charlottesville location is shining the light on Assistant Site Leader Sam Lightfoot! Julia stopped by for her very first car wash, and Sam showed her how to use the mat cleaners, vacuums, and cleaning equipment. Then he came back to make sure everything was going great. 🙌

Julia’s words: “Every time I go, the staff is so incredibly kind, especially the ASL, Sam Lightfoot.”

Thank you, Sam, for making every guest feel welcome! 💙

✨ SHINE THE LIGHT: BISHOY AZIZ ✨
Meredith visited our Staples Mill location and left a 5-star review about Bishoy Aziz that made our day:
“Bishoy Aziz was very exceptional... really went above and beyond, helping me and explaining all the different services and making [me] not feel like a customer but as a friend. Will be back for sure!”

Going above and beyond. Making guests feel like friends. That’s what we’re all about! 💙❤️

Donuts and gratitude delivered! 🍩💙
Joe Jenkins, Sales and Support Director, stopped by Foster Plumbing & Heating, Inc. with a sweet thank-you for one of our longest-standing vendor partners.

Foster has been with us for the long haul — and they’ve been our go-to plumbers on new projects for years, from Ladysmith and Dahlgren to Ashland, Brandermill, and Bon Air. Great partners make great car washes possible!

Thank you, Foster team (and your very good office dog 🐾), for everything you do!

October looks good on us. 🎀 Caitlyn’s showing off a few of the FREE amenities included with every wash — pink-ribbon towels in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, plus glass cleaner, vacuums, and air detailers.

And grab an air freshener on your way out! Your first one is FREE, and additional ones are just $1 — with ALL proceeds going directly to the Virginia Breast Cancer Foundation. Every dollar makes a difference. 💗

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nearly a decade of clean cars — and John L. has followed us across RVA to get them.

He started at Staples Mill, moved over to Chamberlayne when it opened, and now calls the newly renovated Mechanicsville Turnpike location his main go-to. Here's what he had to say:
"That's my main go-to location, especially with the total facility renovation update, including so many freebies… Mechanicsville has car washes everywhere you go, and yet checking around I think Flagstop's still the best value."

And the part we love most? He shouted out Nate Dill by name — always out front with a handshake, making sure every guest knows exactly which free services come with their wash. 👏

Thanks for a decade of trust, John. Whether you're a member or stopping in for a single wash, come see the new Mechanicsville Tpk for yourself — free vacuums, mat cleaner, and a whole lot more. 🚗💦
