I just wanted to hop on here really quick because I know I’ve been a little MIA when it comes to posting lately. Over the past several weeks, we’ve had some really huge cleanings to accomplish along with some personal matters that have impacted us heavily behind the scenes. But yes — TLC Cleaning is still here and still going strong!
Between Mother’s Day, graduation celebrations, Memorial Day preparations, deep cleanings, move-outs, and everything in between, we have truly been doing it all over here while also navigating a couple of recent passings in our personal lives. Because of that, I first want to publicly apologize for any inconveniences these recent events may have caused.
I know many people have been reaching out for quotes, wanting to get on the schedule, asking questions, and waiting on responses. I sincerely apologize if it has taken me longer than usual to get back to you. As much as this business continues to grow — which I am beyond grateful for — I do want to remind everyone that I am still physically inside these homes every single day doing the work myself as the owner.
A lot of times when you message me, I may quickly respond letting you know I’m currently with a client and that I’ll get back to you as soon as possible. Some of these cleanings honestly take until 6 or 7 o’clock in the evening, but I truly try my hardest to respond with detailed quotes and scheduling information within 24 hours. Recently, I know it has sometimes taken closer to 2 days, and for that, I genuinely apologize.
Communication is something I take very seriously, and improving it is something I am actively working on 110%. I appreciate every single client we currently have and every single person interested in booking with TLC Cleaning. This business means absolutely everything to me, my little family — especially my 7-year-old daughter 💕 — and also the employees we currently have. We currently have one employee and will soon be bringing on a second, which is such an exciting blessing for us.
Thank you all for the patience, support, referrals, kind words, and continued trust. It truly means more than you know.
