When we first started, it was pretty simple…a handshake, a quick walkthrough, and handing over a set of keys. 🔑

But as Welch Cleaning Pro has grown, those meetings have become so much more. 📈

Now it’s about communication, expectations, details, relationships, and making sure every client feels confident from day one. 📝🏢 It’s about learning how we can serve their building well, care for the people in it, and set things up the right way from the start. ❤️
