Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Power Washing Technician to join our team 25-35 hours per week. This is a part time position with the potential to become full time. We can discuss further during interview. You will be responsible for operating power washing equipment to clean a variety of outdoor surfaces, including homes, driveways, sidewalks, buildings, and commercial buildings. Our work includes cleaning siding, decks, patios, and fences as well. Occasionally you will be using a lift to do large commercial buildings, so you must be comfortable with heights.

Responsibilities:
•Operate power washing equipment safely and effectively.
•Clean and maintain power washing equipment.
•Follow safety protocols and procedures.
•Communicate effectively with clients and crew members.
•Work independently and as part of a team.
•Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements:

21 and over.
Reliable and punctual.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. March-November
Physical stamina to lift and carry equipment.
Valid driver's license.
Previous experience in power washing or cleaning services is a plus.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
