I contracted Faithful Pool Service to remove and replace my 9-year-old pool liner. I own an inground saltwater pool. Once a new liner pattern was picked out the old liner was removed, the cement walls of the pool were pressure washed to remove the accumulated mold and crud. The new liner was installed over a 2-day period, filling took another day. All lines were backflushed, pumps placed back online and everything worked great! Not only was their estimate for the job one of the lowest, they included all new fittings, covers, jets and stair repair. One more bonus was the initial setup of the salt and chemicals for the initial startup.

I have used other local pool companies in the past and not one of them compares to the quality of work from Faithful Pool Service, Inc and their service manager, Joe. He was professional, kind, courteous and prompt. If weather issues arose while helping me get my pool back up and running, he communicated with me immediately. Now, my family and I are enjoying the greatness of being able to swim again and to do so very quickly considering the conditions of my pool when we started. Thank you

Lance met me and my buyer at the house to inspect the pool since the home has been vacant and the pool is in rough shape. I can't say enough about how helpful and considerate he was. The amount of time he took to explain (and reexplain) everything to my buyer was awesome. Being a real estate agent, I only refer business to certain people because if they don't do good work, it comes back on me. I will definitely be recommending Faithful Pool Service to all of my clients

Faithful Pool Service Inc. is just as there name says Faithful They arrive when they say, they check your chemicals in your pool each time they service your pool. I do not have to worry about my pool because I know its in faithful hands I am very grateful to have such a honest pool company to maintain my pool.i would recommend Faithful Pool Service to any one who has a pool.

Lance and his team have always been very attentive to my needs. As a new pool owner we were very unsure about "everything" and Lance was patient with us and answered all of our questions and never leaves us hanging when we have a question.
