It's that time of year🍂. Cooler temps drop tire pressure, holiday travel puts more miles on your vehicle, and worn tires become a real safety issue.

We just published a guide breaking down exactly when to replace your tires, what wear patterns mean, how Pensacola's Gulf Coast climate affects tire life faster than most people expect, and Tesla-specific intervals most shops don't know.

Worth a quick read before the holiday season puts extra miles on your vehicle.

Did you know this about your rights after a car accident in Florida? 👇

Your insurance company cannot force you to use their recommended body shop. In Florida, the choice of repair shop is yours, and yours alone.

Here's what that means in practice:
➡️You can come to Gross & Son directly, no insurer approval needed
➡️We contact your insurance company on your behalf
➡️We handle all documentation, adjuster communication, and negotiations
➡️You may also be entitled to a diminished value payment if the other driver was at fault

Most drivers don't know this until after they've already settled. Now you do.

Not all body shops are the same. Here's the difference. 🏆

Most collision repair shops in Pensacola can fix a dented bumper. But when your Tesla, Rivian, Cadillac, or Lexus has been in an accident, you need a shop that's been authorized by the manufacturer to repair it — not one that's just willing to try.

Gross & Son holds active certifications from:
✅ Tesla (Pensacola's FIRST certified center)
✅ Rivian
✅ General Motors (Buick, Cadillac, Chevrolet, GMC)
✅ Ford
✅ Subaru, Hyundai, Honda, Acura, Kia, Mazda
✅ Lexus & Alfa Romeo
And many more!

Each certification requires specific tools, training, OEM parts, and repair procedures. That's not marketing. That's a standard.

See our full certifications list at the link below and bring your vehicle to Pensacola's most certified shop.
