Experienced Pest Technician 7A License Required, for Competitive Rate.
-Objective: We seek a Pest Control Technician experienced with proven work as a Pest Control Technician, who must be Licensed 7A (General and household pest control); and knowledgeable in different kinds of pests and their habitats. Responsible for inspecting customer premises, advising possible treatment options to include advising on managing their environment conditions and items known to draw pests. You must be able to identify types of Insects/Bugs/Rodents identified, to help customers effectively get rid of them.
-As a Pest Control Technician, you will be responsible for being a professional in providing service to Residential and Commercial customers. Conducting inspections to identify potential and existing pest problems and determining then designing strategies for their clients as the most effective approach for pest remediation / pest control solutions. Advise on and implement effective treatment plans to remedy infestations and eliminate pests, using a variety of techniques, including identifying, selecting, and applying chemicals or manual solutions as necessary to eliminate pests, including use of live traps and/or other small equipment as necessary, customed to specific customer needs.
-Physical strength and stamina to handle heavy equipment to complete their tasks; ability to stand for extended time periods; withstand weather conditions, and work in uncomfortable environments.
-Detailed oriented and able to follow detailed instructions in applying pesticide to avoid harm to the client and self, and keep good records of hours worked, pesticides used, and payment collected; very good customer service skills and customer focused.
-Team Player, displaying consistent respect for self, customers, and company / co-workers. A Pest Tech typically works alone and interacts directly with customers in their home or business, to understand their needs and provide follow-up services as needed, and overall take pride in their work. You will also work closely with the Company Owner and Service Manager ensuring we collectively provide excellent customer service; as well as regular communication with the Business Office Administrator who schedules service calls and accommodates customers by phone.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From range $20.00 - $30.00 hourly, varies with experience.
Monday-Friday, 8 hour shift, Overtime optional, not guaranteed. Weekend availability, optional.
