We got a call about "mysterious noises in the attic" 👀 so naturally, we had to interview the suspect ourselves.

Turns out he's just raising a family up there. Very well-behaved kids, apparently. 🐿️😂

Needless to say... the lease got terminated same day. No 30-day notice required when you're an unauthorized tenant!

Yellow jacket nest INSIDE the wall 😳🐝 This Princeton, NJ homeowner was hearing buzzing behind the drywall — turns out an entire colony had built their nest right inside the wall cavity. We opened it up, treated the nest completely, pulled it out, and sealed the wall back up like nothing happened. Another satisfying (and slightly terrifying) job in the books! 🔨🐝

This restaurant was shut down by the Board of Health due to a roach infestation — and today we went in to help get it back open. 🍽️🪳

Using our Atrix HEPA vacuum, we worked section by section: baseboards where roaches were hiding underneath the plastic trim, underneath the prep tables, behind the prep fridge where a cluster was living near the fan, behind the sink, and finally the grease trap — which, as usual, was one of the worst spots in the whole kitchen.

This is what real pest control looks like. It’s not a quick spray and a hope for the best — it’s a full inspection, extraction, and follow-through so the restaurant can actually pass reinspection and reopen its doors.

Turns out the screen inside the vent dome was completely torn up, giving the squirrel a free pass in and out of the attic whenever it wanted. We removed the dome, checked the attic for any additional damage, and replaced the old screen with a brand new stainless steel one — strong enough that squirrels and other critters can’t chew through it.

Vent’s sealed, squirrel’s locked out, and the homeowner can rest easy knowing their attic is protected.
