At MOTOGUARD PROS, we specialize in detailing and ceramic coating and are currently seeking someone with significant management and/or director experience within an automotive detailing company, car wash, or a company that sells automotive detailing products.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead Tech Duties:
- Setting an example for the team by working well independently or with teammates and by demonstrating a quality work ethic.
- Train, evaluate, and motivate your team to do their best.
- Coordinate the workflow for each service order
- Evaluate paint correction needs on a case-by-case basis.
- Coordinate with warehousing to determine what product is needed for each job
- Communicate/ coordinate inventory needs with purchasing product to ensure timely arrival.
- Take part in maintaining strong vendor relationships.
- Managing new initiatives to expand our service department.
- Prepare for and attend exhibits, events and meetings.

Hands-On Vehicle Detailing & Protection:
- Interior and exterior washing of vehicles to prep for paint correction and/or ceramic coating.
- Paint correcting vehicles to remove swirl marks and paint defects.
- Ceramic coating the exterior and interior of the vehicle.
- Working closely with our team of detailing technicians to maintain quality assurance.
- Driving the company van to automotive dealerships.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Minimum 2 years of experience working in the detailing industry (Dealership, Car Products, Car Wash, etc.)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a management role.
- Minimum 2 years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
- An ability to articulate solutions and pro-actively improve company operations.
- Ability to read and write in English, Spanish is a plus.

MotoGuard Pros is South Florida’s premium detailing and ceramic auto protection service, we are currently looking for an Automotive Detailing Technician to join our team.

We are currently seeking someone with detailing experience within an automotive detailing company, car wash, or a company that sells detailing products.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Ability to do manual labor for an entire days work.
- Ability to read and write in English, Spanish is a plus.
