1.) Cleaning interior windows & window sills
2.) Clean kitchen sink
3.) Wipe down all countertops
4.) Wipe down all small appliances on kitchen countertops
5.) Clean switch plate covers
6.) Wipe down stove, stove hood & back splash
7.) Wipe down front of dishwasher
8.) Clean inside & outside of microwave
9.) Wipe down refrigerator front
10.) Windex all mirrors & front glass of pictures
11.) Dust ceiling fans & blinds
12.) Rag dust furniture
13.) Dust wall pictures
14.) Clean bathroom toilets, tubs, showers, sinks, & counters
15.) Vacuum house
16.) Sweep
17.) Mop
18.) Knock down cob webs
19.) Empty all inside trash cans & take out
20.) Puff of air freshener in every room

All of the above done for the following prices:
Singewides & homes up to 1500 sq ft- $85

Double-wides & Regular size homes ( up to 4 bedrooms & up to 2000 sq ft) -$100

2000 sq ft -2500 sq ft -$125
2500 sq ft -3000 sq ft- $150
3000 & above -$150 +

Repos, Rentals , & Foreclosed homes on homes less than 2500 sq ft -$150-$300 - above 2500 sq ft price will increase( Depending on level of nastiness) & this will b a full, complete , deep cleaning job of everything( except carpets) Carpet cleaning will be an additional cost

Extra Services Offered & Prices as follows:
1.) Washing dishes( normal amount)-$10
2.) Laundry-$5 per load( includes washing, drying, & folding or hanging)
3.) Changing bed linens- $5 per bed ( includes washing linens & making up beds
4.) Oven cleaning -$5
5.) Cleaning/ straightening kids rooms- $10 per room
6.) Pickup & removal of unwanted items - Free if I'm already there to do a job, otherwise $25
7.) Cut grass $50 per acre ( I will not w**d eat)
8.) Errand running & shopping - just message or call me for quote

Serving All Of SC! If u live within 1 hour from Columbia, your price is the price listed above -if you live more than 1 hour away from Columbia, I will have to quote you an additional price for gas expense , depending on location

Products Used -Lysol, Bleach, Windex, Pledge, Comet, Pine-sol, & Febreeze. Occasional use of Greased Lightning when needed

Services are offered on a daily, weekly, biweekly, monthly, seasonal , or a one time special occasion or just to do a final cleaning to get your deposit back on a home or apartment you were renting. Or to give you a fresh & clean smell & a clean house before you move into a home you just purchased. Believe it or not, I also offer hoarding services 🙂
