Know who to reach out to for cleaning. Some services claim they do it all but a “jack of all trades” is a master of none.

Here at Southern Accents we offer deep detailed house keeping services. We clean base boards, ceiling fans, windows, cabinets, appliances, floors and we do things like clear bathtub drains, sink drains, replace lightbulbs and filters. Our service helps you maintain deep cleaning of your home. We do not do daily chores like laundry, washing dishes or putting things away. We also do not offer organization services.

If you are looking for someone to do laundry, dishes and clean up everyday messes on a weekly basis, you will want to look for a maid service.

If you are looking for someone to come in and put things away and get organized you need to hire a professional organizer.

I know it may seem like you’re saving money by hiring a company who “Does it all” but the truth is you will get much more value for your money by hiring the right professionals from the start.

We show ALL clients gift certificates BEFORE purchase. The dates and terms of the purchase are on the gift certificate.It is your responsibility to read the details of the purchase BEFORE the purchase.

Out of date gift certificates will NOT be honored under any circumstances. ESPECIALLY MONTHS AFTER THE DATE!

Also, BE ADVISED, cleaning certificates from OUR company are made to reflect the type of cleaning THIS company offers.

WE DO NOT DO “BASIC” CLEANS. The type of cleaning our company does is deep cleaning. We will not split a gift certificate for multiple cleanings.

WE DO NOT DO “EXTREME” CLEANS. We interview all clients before jobs. If we find that your home needs what we deem to be an “EXTREME” cleaning, We will refer you to another company. You will have the time frame of the gift certificate to have an extreme cleaning company come out and then schedule with us!

If we arrive for a cleaning and find that the property is not as you described it to us, WE WILL LEAVE! This is to respect our time and the quality of the service we provide.

Please respect people in the housekeeping industry. We are people too, with families and dreams too. This is a business.Please respect business owners schedule and what they do. Please stop making the assumption that all housekeepers are alike or that we are so hard up for money that we will do any job. This is just not true. Our time is valuable and we have more than one client. I own a licensed business, I am not Betty with a Bucket. I am a professional however I have had enough of people trying to take advantage of housekeepers! I will not tolerate disrespect in this industry anymore! ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!
