💚🧹 A LITTLE REMINDER ABOUT BOOKING WITH A SOLO CLEANER! 🧹💚
Let's talk about something important when it comes to booking with a small, independently owned cleaning business!
When you book with Done With Dirty, you're booking ME. I'm the one showing up, doing the work, managing appointments, communicating with clients, and keeping everything running. I don't have a team of cleaners or extra employees to fill in the gaps when my schedule gets disrupted.
📅 HERE'S WHY YOUR APPOINTMENT MATTERS!
✨ 1. YOUR TIME SLOT IS RESERVED FOR YOU.
When I book your home, I turn away other potential clients who may need that appointment. Your spot is taken off the calendar because I've committed that time to you.
✨ 2. LAST-MINUTE CANCELLATIONS AFFECT MY LIVELIHOOD.
As a solo cleaner, my income depends on the jobs I complete. When a client cancels at the last minute, that time may be impossible to fill. I can't always find another home to clean on short notice, and I can't get that lost time back.
✨ 3. CONFIRMATION TEXTS ARE IMPORTANT!
When I send a confirmation text, I'm checking that we're still on the same page about your upcoming appointment.
Please respond! A simple YES or NO helps me plan my day and determine whether I need to adjust my schedule.
Ignoring confirmation messages leaves me guessing, and I can't run my business on guesswork.
✨ 4. REPEATED CANCELLATIONS OR NO RESPONSES MAY COST YOU YOUR SPOT.
I understand that life happens. Emergencies come up, schedules change, and unexpected things happen. Communication goes a long way, and I'm always willing to work with clients who communicate respectfully.
However, repeated last-minute cancellations, missed appointments, or failure to respond to confirmation requests may result in losing your regularly scheduled spot.
Why? Because there may be another client waiting for that appointment who is ready and willing to commit to it.
💚 PLEASE REMEMBER:
I intentionally operate as a solo cleaner because I take pride in personally caring for every home I clean. I manage my own schedule, supplies, transportation, and business responsibilities.
My availability is limited, and every appointment matters.
Respecting my schedule means respecting my time, my livelihood, and the other clients who depend on me.
I'm incredibly grateful for the clients who communicate, honor their appointments, and support my small business. You make what I do possible, and I appreciate you! 🫶💚
