To achieve a passing score on Third Party Audit, you must have a quality management (QA/QC) program in place. Always remember that HACCP is not a stand alone program, it needs Pest Control Program, Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOP), Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) Program, Recall Program, Food Safety Policy, Food Security Policy, Qaulity Assurance/Control Procedures, Training Programs, Hold and Release Policy, Regulatory Inspection Policy, Emergency Preparedness Policy and Allergen Program. You would also need to conduct self audit on you processes and facility, annual reassessment of your programs and policies to assure the are effective in eliminating the hazards. Corrective action for any deficiency found. Bottom line, your documentation must be accurate. I know, it sounds and look hard, it actually not.
