This is a great opportunity for someone with extensive water damage restoration experience who wants to build a department from the ground up. We're looking for a motivated leader who is ready to help grow our team and provide exceptional service throughout the Northwest Ohio region.

Responsibilities:

* Lead residential and commercial water restoration projects.
* Perform water extraction, structural drying, moisture monitoring, demolition, and restoration.
* Train and supervise restoration technicians.
* Help develop processes and procedures for the new division.
* Maintain equipment and ensure quality workmanship.
* Participate in occasional emergency and after-hours restoration calls.

Requirements:

Comfortable working in challenging environments involving blood, bodily fluids, biohazards, hoarding, and water damage
Willing to travel throughout Northwest Ohio as needed
